Dalkia is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to business leaders across client areas, driving people and talent plans to enable performance and growth. The role requires travel between Birmingham, Manchester or London offices and will involve maternity cover for 12 months.
You will partner with leaders, influence change, manage workforce planning, performance and employee relations with a commercial mindset, while embedding inclusion and effective people policies.
