Cornerstone Project Source Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading structural steel and architectural metalwork specialist for a Permanent Project Manager in Central London, England.You will oversee high-profile projects, managing 2-3 sites at once, from initiation through to completion.Start Date: ImmediateSalary: £65,000 – £85,000 per annumEmployment Type: PermanentLocation: Central London, EnglandType of Work: Project management of high-profile structural steel and architectural metalwork projects across 2-3 sites at onceDuties:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage 2-3 sites at once
• Develop and maintain project programmes
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients to ensure project specifications and requirements are met
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders and progress reports
• Mentor and guide junior project team members

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in project management

Desirable Experience:

• Experience in the fit-out or staircase/structural steel industry
