As a Head Chef, you’ll lead and develop a skilled, motivated kitchen team, working closely with the General Manager, Restaurant Manager and wider team to deliver outstanding food and an exceptional guest experience. You’ll take ownership of food quality, consistency, presentation and kitchen standards, ensuring every dish leaving the pass reflects the quality we stand for. From managing kitchen operations, stock, GP, labour and food safety to keeping service running smoothly during the busiest periods, you’ll set the standard and lead by example. You’ll drive a culture of learning and development, supporting your team through regular 1-to-1s, feedback and personal development, while building a positive kitchen environment where people feel challenged, supported and proud of what they do. Above all, you’ll bring the energy, leadership and ambition to keep raising the bar — for your food, your team and the overall guest experience.
