Job Description:
North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse Endoscopist to head the nurse endoscopy team across Cumberland Infirmary and West Cumberland Hospital. The role requires a strong clinical background in upper and/or lower GI endoscopy and a passion for developing endoscopist practitioners.
You will lead workforce management, education, and quality improvement initiatives, with oversight from the Clinical Lead, Matron and General Manager for endoscopy.
