A Senior Quantity Surveyor is needed to drive cost control and governance on refurbishment projects within a structured, framework-driven environment.

You will manage valuations, cost reports and budgets, work with operational teams to align delivery with commercial outcomes, and oversee subcontractor accounts and final accounts.
