Job Description:OverviewCareermakers are currently seeking a Site manager/Working Foreman to oversee works on various sites across the north west area. the ideal candidate will be able to oversee various teams of different trades and labourers as well as manage and oversee site logistics ensuring materials are ordered and the job is running to the given time frame.DutiesOversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedulesCoordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflowUtilise program softwares for project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress trackingEmploy Program software for site design review, topographical analysis, and layout planningMonitor health and safety compliance across the site, implementing necessary measuresManage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely deliveryConduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintainedPrepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders effectivelyLead and motivate site teams, fostering a collaborative working environmentResolve any issues or delays promptly to minimise impact on project timelinesQualificationsProven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within the construction sectorsProficiency in project management softwareStrong knowledge of design software is highly desirableExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyDemonstrated ability in time management to meet strict deadlinesRelevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management are preferredStrong leadership qualities with excellent communication skillsAbility to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detailif you are interested in this role please apply here with your cv and we wil contact you to discuss the role further.
