Food Production Operatives
to join a busy sandwich manufacturing facility based in
Moulton Park, Northampton (NN3)
.We are looking for reliable candidates who are comfortable working
directly on production lines in a chilled food manufacturing environment
.There are two shifts available, with different rates of pay depending on the shift worked.The Role
As a Food Production Operative, your duties may include:Working on a busy production line
Preparing and assembling sandwiches and food products
Following production and quality standards
Checking products and ensuring they meet customer requirements
Packing and labelling finished products
Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Maintaining a clean and hygienic working area
Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times
Working Environment
Please note:
This is a
chilled food production environment
, and candidates must be comfortable working in cooler temperatures for the duration of their shift.You will also be required to work directly on the
production lines
, so the role involves standing for extended periods and carrying out repetitive tasks.Key Skills & Experience
We are looking for candidates who:Are comfortable working in a chilled environment
Are happy working on production lines
Have good attention to detail
Are reliable and punctual
Can follow instructions and food hygiene procedures
Are comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks
Can work at a consistent pace to meet production targets
Have a positive attitude and good work ethic
Previous food production experience is beneficial but
not essential
Pay & Benefits

£13.75 per hour | 06:00–14:30
Night Shift:
£14.95 per hour | 22:00–06:30
