to oversee secured projects across the North West. This site-based role requires strong leadership, technical expertise and a proactive approach to programme and commercial management.

Key Responsibilities
Liaising directly with clients and maintaining strong working relationshipsAttending and leading site meetingsManaging day-to-day site operationsEnsuring compliance with Health & Safety regulationsWorking closely with H&S Management teamsManaging and coordinating sub-contractorsSupporting Quality Managers with QA processes and documentationProgramme reporting and monitoring progress against key milestones
Requirements
Proven experience as a Mechanical or M&E Project ManagerSMSTS certification would be preferredStrong mechanical background (HVAC, pipework, plant systems, etc.)Comfortable in a site-based delivery roleCommercially aware with strong programme management skillsMust reside within the Northwest or Yorkshire regions
Working Arrangements and Facilities
This Mechanical Site Manager vacancy is a multi- site-based role supporting projects across the North West and will require the need and willingness for flexibilty and the ability to travel to different sites. A full UK Driving licence is requried and with ideally no more than 3 penalty points.Office facilities include on-site parking, EV charging and a fully equipped kitchen. These facilities relate to the office; facilities at individual project sites may differ.
