MHA Briar Hill House is seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager (Nurse) in Rugeley. You will provide clinical leadership, support the Home Manager, and oversee nursing care and team development in a compassionate, person‑centred environment.

You will lead on governance, quality assurance and regulatory compliance, with a focus on dignity, independence and wellbeing for residents, including those with dementia. A nursing PIN and supervisory experience are essential.
