Front Door Adult Social Worker – London | £32/hr & Safeguarding Focus

Charles Hunter Associates Ltd is seeking an Experienced Adult’s Social Worker to join a Front Door Team in the London Area. You will undertake timely, person-centred assessments, carry out Care Act and risk assessments, and work with individuals, families and partners to determine eligibility for support and promote independence.

You must hold a Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) and have at least three years post-qualifying experience. A valid UK driving licence is advantageous.
