Occupational Therapist – Transitions to Adulthood

Barnet Council is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to support the Transitions Programme for young people aged 14 to 25 with a range of disabilities. You will assess needs, plan interventions and coordinate care as they move from Children’s to Adult Services in a holistic, person-centred approach.
