Synergi Search & Select Ltd is seeking a Senior Hygiene Manager for a leading FMCG manufacturing site in Southall, West London. You will lead hygiene operations, drive food safety, audit readiness and environmental performance.

The role reports to Operations and Quality with responsibility for budgets, training, pest control and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in FMCG, 5+ years in management, and Advanced Food Hygiene qualifications.
