Senior Community Cardiac Nurse – Lead & Triage Expert

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 7 Community Cardiac Nurse to work across community cardiology sites in Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Maida Vale and Ladbroke Grove. You will triage referrals, interpret diagnostic tests and provide senior clinical leadership across the service.

The role requires substantial cardiac nursing experience, autonomous practice, and collaboration with GP’s and Cardiologists to ensure high-quality patient care and service development.
