Autism Care Home Registered Manager – Lead & Grow Team

Priory Daffodil House in Pontypridd, South Wales, is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a 9-bed residential service for adults 18–65 on the autistic spectrum with complex needs. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) offering a positive, development-focused environment.

You will oversee care, lead a dedicated team, implement individual care plans, and drive continuous improvement while upholding dignity, safety and well-being within a supportive setting. Salary £45,000 per year.
