Registered Manager, Special Needs Children’s Home

Alexander Faraday Limited is seeking a Registered CQC Manager to establish and run a brand-new children’s home in Greater London, focused on supporting children with special needs. You will oversee startup operations, recruit and lead a dedicated care team, and ensure high-quality care from day one.

You will develop tailored care plans, manage budgets, and coordinate safeguarding and regulatory compliance to position the service for Ofsted registration and ongoing success.
