Senior Clinician – 24/7 Mental Health Crisis Service

North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Clinician for the centralised Place of Safety service. You will lead clinical practice, oversee patient flow, and coordinate care with police, EDs, and crisis lines. You will supervise staff and maintain high standards of care within a 24-hour roster.

You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse or have substantial acute experience, with a focus on safe, least-restrictive practice and strong professional leadership.
