Deputy Care Home Manager (12‑Month FTC) | Senior Care Leader

Quantum Care invites applications for a Deputy Home Manager at Jubilee Court Care Home in Stevenage. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time position working 37 hours per week with a salary of £45,088 per annum.

You will work alongside the Home Manager to maintain high standards of person-centred care in a modern, 91-bed home offering residential, dementia and respite services. The role prioritises leadership, staff development and excellent resident outcomes.
