• Key responsibilities include investigating public health concerns, environmental nuisances, and statutory complaints; carrying out inspections and assessments; enforcing relevant legislation; and providing professional advice to residents, businesses, and partner organisations. The role involves responding to service requests, undertaking risk assessments, preparing reports, gathering evidence, and supporting enforcement action where necessary
