Hybrid Business Analyst: Drive Change & Process Excellence

Connexus is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive strategic and operational change across the organisation. You will bridge business and technology, understand needs, map processes and define clear, actionable requirements to deliver tangible outcomes for customers and colleagues.

You’ll work across digital, technology and business improvement initiatives, collaborating with sponsors, leads and suppliers to ensure successful adoption of change and alignment with the Corporate Plan.
