About the role

You will work in a busy frontline service helping residents at risk of homelessness to access housing advice, support and sustainable housing solutions.

The role involves:

  • Making legally robust decisions under homelessness legislation
  • Liaising with landlords, support agencies and partner organisations
  • Identifying suitable housing options and prevention solutions
  • Supporting vulnerable residents to achieve positive housing outcomes

  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent training and development opportunities
  • Opportunity to make a genuine difference to residents facing homelessness
