About the Company
We partner with a number of established, whole-of-market mortgage brokerages across London and the surrounding areas. Each has strong, long-standing introducer relationships with estate agents, developers, accountants and other professional partners, giving advisers a steady flow of quality leads rather than relying on self-generation.
About the Role
As a Mortgage Adviser you will advise clients across the full whole-of-market panel, working leads provided through established introducer channels. With dedicated administrative support behind you, your time is spent where it adds most value: with clients. Roles are available on an employed or self-employed basis, with office-based or hybrid working depending on the brokerage.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify leads passed from introducer partners
- Complete fact finds and assess affordability and client circumstances
- Research the whole of market and recommend suitable mortgage solutions
- Advise on protection and general insurance where appropriate
- Submit applications and manage cases through to completion, supported by admin
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors and estate agents to keep cases moving
- Build strong working relationships with introducer partners
- Deliver compliant advice in line with FCA regulation and Consumer Duty
- Keep up to date with lender criteria, products and market changes
Package

Skills & Experience
- At least 1 year’s experience as a qualified mortgage adviser
- Good knowledge of residential mortgages
- Strong client-facing skills with a professional, consultative approach
- Organised and confident managing a busy pipeline
- Based in or able to commute to London or the surrounding areas
