Our client is a renewable energy business developing and delivering the large-scale infrastructure the UK needs to reach net zero. As their projects grow, they want a Document Controller who brings order, accuracy and calm to the information behind every decision, from early development through to handover. The Company
Our client is a UK renewable energy developer delivering major infrastructure projects from a central London office. They value people who are professional and dependable, and who enjoy being part of a close, collaborative team. The role is office-based with regular in-person attendance, because much of the work happens through daily conversations with project, commercial and engineering colleagues. There will also be occasional site visits as projects progress. The working pattern can be discussed in more detail on a call.

Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in document control or information management, ideally in construction, engineering, infrastructure or energy, though strong candidates from other project-based environments are welcome.
- Confident with SharePoint and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with a CDE or EDMS is helpful, and training is provided on the client’s system.
- A meticulous eye for detail, with the organisation to manage several projects and priorities at once.
- A polished, professional manner and the confidence to work closely with colleagues at every level.
- Someone who enjoys being in the office, contributes to the team culture and takes real ownership of their work.
- Base salary range of between £47,000 and £55,000 plus an excellent bonus scheme.
- Exposure to high-profile renewable energy infrastructure projects.
- Professional development and clear career progression.
- An inclusive, collaborative culture focused on sustainability.
