Senior Global Payroll & Compliance Manager

ROCKWOOL are a global leader in stone wool solutions. We are seeking a Payroll Manager to lead the UK monthly payroll for circa 600 employees across multiple entities, including the UK and Ireland, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with regulations.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will own Cintra system maintenance, manage pensions and benefits, and maintain audit readiness while line-managing the Payroll Coordinator.
