Senior Performance & L&D Curriculum Lead

Butternut Box seeks an HR/L&D partner to shape performance cycles and learning programmes across the UK and Europe. You will partner with People Managers to design development pathways, standardise core curricula, and collaborate with external providers to deliver measurable impact.

You’ll lead the learning design for leader development, early careers, and cross-functional talent initiatives within the Develop Centre of Excellence, reporting to the Chief People Officer.
