Strategic HR Advisor – Defence/Gov (London Onsite)

First Military Recruitment are recruiting a HR Advisor for a client in London, with onsite presence 1-2 days per week. The role offers a competitive daily rate contract until 31/03/2027.

You will help deliver the people strategy, support recruitment and workforce management, and collaborate with Head Office HR Business Partners, Finance and the PMO. Onboarding and offboarding oversight, data management and SOP maintenance are included.
