Precision Manufacturing Support Engineer

McLaren Racing is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join a precision engineering team that drives performance on track. You will help optimise the flow of work into the Machine Shop, support quality and OEE targets, and collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering and Shop floor teams to deliver parts, pit equipment and wind tunnel components efficiently.

You’ll provide accurate estimates, identify early planning opportunities, and contribute to continual improvement initiatives
