Nigel Frank is recruiting on behalf of a growing facilities management business investing in technology, automation, data and AI.
The business is looking for an M365 & Power Platform Specialist to help improve how it works. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll lead the development and adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform and AI-powered solutions across the organisation.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, exploring new technology and turning ideas into practical improvements.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and improving the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID
- Supporting the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools across the business
- Building and enhancing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Creating dashboards, reporting and business intelligence solutions
- Improving and integrating business systems
- Identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient and scalable
- Working with colleagues to understand business needs and turn them into practical technology solutions
- Helping shape the organisation’s digital systems and technology roadmap
What we’re looking for
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience working with Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID
- Experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI tools or automation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- The ability to explain technology clearly and work with people across the business
- A curious, practical approach and an interest in continuous improvement
You may already be working in a Microsoft 365 or Power Platform role, or be ready to take the next step into a position with broader ownership and influence.
