Senior Commercial Contracts Lawyer – Local Government (Hybrid)

Oldham Council is seeking a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to provide legal advice on procurement, contract drafting, contract management and dispute resolution from inception to completion. The role requires PQE in contract and procurement law and a strong understanding of local government governance.

You will deliver timely legal advice across commercial and procurement matters, ensure lawful decision-making, and train staff on developments in contract law.
