Your work will include:
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and portfolio management.
- Commercial and mixed-use development agreements and conditional contracts.
- Acquisitions and disposals, including corporate and portfolio transactions.
- Options, promotion agreements and overage arrangements.
- Advising developers, businesses and private clients on a range of property matters.
You’ll also have the chance to collaborate with other teams, contribute to business development and gain experience supervising junior colleagues.
