Village Pub GM: Lead Warm Hospitality & Community

Upham Inns is seeking a General Manager for The Thomas Lord in West Meon, Hampshire. You will lead a food-led country pub, coach a frontline team and build lasting guest relationships, delivering warm hospitality and strong commercial performance.

The package includes a salary up to £46,000 per year, a bonus scheme and a share of tronc (potentially up to £8,000 annually), plus flexible 48-hour weeks, meal and hotel discounts and development opportunities.
