Job Description:

Senior New Business Manager (Post Production agency)

Full or part time

Hybrid (one day a week meet ups with the Founder)

NB our dream candidate will have a background as a Producer in a production/post production agency and will have pivoted into Business Development more recently!

We’re partnering with a fabulous content and post-production agency that is redefining how brands and agencies create content at scale.

With an impressive client roster and a reputation for delivering exceptional creative work they’re looking for an experienced Senior New Business Manager to drive the next stage of growth.

This isn’t a traditional sales role focused on high-volume outreach and KPIs – it’s a strategic, relationship-led position for someone with an established network across vertical sectors (from tech and retail to consumer electronics and beauty), strong commercial instincts and a talent for turning conversations into opportunities. The ideal person will also have some hands-on production experience too.

Working directly with the Founder, you’ll play a key role in identifying, opening and converting new business opportunities across agencies, brands and production partners. Using your existing network to create introductions, spot emerging opportunities and help shape the agency’s future growth strategy. Ideal contacts could be in retail, beauty, tech, fmcg and consumer electronics and similar.

We’re keen to hear from people with proven success in a new business, growth, partnerships or commercial role within a creative, production, media or agency environment. Even better if you also have hands-on experience in production alongside business development.

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate how creative agencies, brands and production teams operate and have a genuine curiosity about the evolving content landscape and the role AI will play within it.

The role is flexible and could be structured around a part-time or full time basis, depending on your requirements and availability. The salary is fairly flexible (doe) and could be in the region of £50k for x4 days a week, £60k for x5 days a week and hours can also be flexible.

We are committed to creating an inclusive recruitment process and welcome applications from all backgrounds. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
