Estates Surveyor – Land Rights (Travel + Car Allowance)

Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water is recruiting for an Estates and Land Rights professional to support the Lands and Habitat teams across the Welsh Water estate. You will manage access, negotiate land rights, and support capital schemes while liaising with landowners, agents and internal teams to deliver long-term agreements.

The role requires experience in utility land matters, strong communication, MS Office skills, and a willingness to travel; MRICS/CAAV desirable but not essential if experienced.
