Factory Engineering Shift Lead: Maintenance & Production Support

HIJOBS is seeking an Engineering Shift Leader to provide engineering support for production and act as the focal point for maintenance activities. The role involves ownership of safety, reliability improvements and cross-team collaboration in a factory setting.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised engineering qualification or equivalent experience, a strong mechanical/electrical background and prior supervisory exposure. UK work eligibility and site travel to Rosyth are required.
