HR Manager – Chilled Manufacturing (12-Month Contract)

Albert Bartlett in Airdrie, Scotland is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the Chilled operation. You will provide hands-on HR support, shaping a positive workplace culture, and ensuring HR best practice is embedded across the site.

Reporting to the senior HR leadership team, you will coach managers, manage employee relations, drive recruitment, workforce planning and change initiatives, and ensure compliance with UK employment law.
