Loungers is hiring a hands-on General Manager to lead Croeso Lounge, a brand-new site in your local area. You will recruit, coach and manage a high-performing team, while ensuring superb hospitality and community engagement.

You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Head Chef, maintain GP targets, schedule fair rotas, and drive continuous improvement across the lounge to deliver memorable guest experiences.
