Group 1 Automotive is seeking an eVHC Manager for the Manchester Volkswagen Van Centre to bridge workshop activity and customer communications. You will review Vehicle Health Checks, guide technicians to deliver high-quality customer videos, and present repair recommendations to customers for authorisation.

You will work closely with the Workshop Manager, Parts Manager and Service Team to maximise opportunities, improve efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service journey.
