Digital Designer — Campaigns & CRM at Scale

Costa Coffee is seeking a Digital Designer to craft digital campaign assets for CRM, app and other digital channels. You’ll work across CRM, Digital Marketing, Brand and agencies to deliver high-performing creative that aligns with Costa’s brand standards.

Bring a strong understanding of digital design principles and HTML, and apply rigorous QA to ensure assets are visually compelling and deployment-ready. The role supports flexible, hybrid work in a fast-paced brand environment.
