Hybrid Social Media Manager — Healthcare & Campaigns

Inizio Evoke is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead day-to-day social activities across multiple client accounts from our London base. You will develop organic and paid social strategies and craft content for campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube.

You will work closely with creative and account teams, manage communities, monitor campaigns and deliver insights. Hybrid role with travel to the London office.
