Head Chef Designate – Lead Fresh-Food Kitchen

The Manor Coastal Hotel and Inn in Blakeney, Norfolk is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to step up as Head Chef Designate, acting as deputy to our Head Chef in a fresh food operation ranked among the Top 25 hotels in the UK by TripAdvisor.

Situated on the North Norfolk coast, we can offer accommodation with this role if needed, and the successful candidate will lead a kitchen team, uphold 5‑star hygiene standards, and contribute to ongoing menu development within the Coaching Inn Group.
