Hotel Deputy General Manager: Lead Operations & People

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Deputy General Manager in the UK (Cardiff) to lead daily hotel operations, motivate heads of departments, and drive exceptional service. You will report to the General Manager and help shape the strategy and culture of the property.

The role requires 3–4 years in a Deputy/Operations or Senior Manager position within a large hotel, strong commercial sense, and proven people leadership.
