Head Chef role at Hotel Indigo Edinburgh – Princes Street in Edinburgh. Lead the Kitchen with Cairn Group central Food and Beverage team to develop modern Scottish menus and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will own kitchen standards, food safety, cost control and develop a strong brigade, while shaping the food narrative across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events. This is a hands-on leadership role in a vibrant hotel.
