Member Experience Lead: Front of House Ops

The Royal Kennel Club in London is seeking a Hospitality Operations Manager to lead Front of House, member experience and hospitality teams on-site. You will drive operational excellence, coach staff, manage stock and budgets, and ensure compliant, high-standard service for members and guests.
