Ambitious 2026 or 2027 graduate who wants uncapped earnings and fast progression, not a slow-moving grad scheme?
Our graduates typically earn £35 – 45k in their first year and £80k+ by year three. You’ll join our Graduate Academy in a 360 role, running the whole recruitment process from winning the client to closing the deal, with full training from day one.
Who we’re looking for
- A BA or BSc graduate (2026 or 2027) from a UK-based university
- A high achiever with a competitive edge – sport, societies and part-time sales jobs all count
- Confident on the phone and happy calling people you don’t know – business development is a big part of the job
- Resilient – you will hear “no” and won’t let it get to you
- A strong communicator, both spoken and written
What you’ll be doing
- Winning new clients – calling, pitching and building relationships with hiring managers
- Finding and screening tech candidates, both active and passive
- Writing adverts, using LinkedIn Recruiter and managing everything in Bullhorn
- Running interview processes, negotiating offers and closing placements
- Building your personal brand on LinkedIn and becoming a specialist in your market
- Attending Tech events and meeting candidates & clients
- Competitive Base plus fees from £500-£2k per placement, uncapped commission and no desk fee
- Quarterly, annual and new client bonuses, private healthcare, pension and discounted gym membership
- Generous holiday plus extra days off at Christmas, and 2 wellness days per year
- Quarterly parties, promotion meals and company holidays – Ibiza, Marbella and more!
- Work from home on Fridays, and 2 days working from home after promotion
