Regional Care Sales Lead — Elder Care Growth

Hartford Care Limited is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to be the first contact for families enquiring about our Homes. You will guide families from the initial call, tours, to assessments and moving in, while working with care teams to keep occupancy high.

You’ll build relationships with healthcare professionals and community organisations, generate referrals, and contribute to a sales and marketing plan for each site to maximise occupancy and revenue.
