Campus Unitemps Branch Manager – Launch & Grow

University of Sussex is opening its first Unitemps Branch on Falmer Campus in early 2027. As Branch Manager you will lead the launch, operation and growth of the branch, developing a business plan to identify new internal opportunities and building strong relationships with local employers.

You will manage the Unitemps team, work with stakeholders across the University to deliver a cohesive recruitment offering, and ensure the branch operates on campus five days a week, including events such as
