Tenancy Support & Housing Stability Advocate (Flexible)

SPEAR London is a charity dedicated to ending homelessness across South West London and beyond. You will work alongside people who are homeless or at risk, helping them set goals and secure tenancy stability.

In this role you’ll deliver crisis intervention, welfare support, and lead case reviews with partner agencies while managing a compassionate caseload with care and accuracy. Your impact will be felt every day as you help people achieve lasting stability.
