Food Servery Assistant

The main duties of the Food Servery Assistant are to serve the meals to all patients on the wards, ensuring that food temperatures are taken and documented. Fridge and freezer temperatures must also be documented. You will be responsible for you own servery area and hot serving trolley and ensure everything is cleaned down after every meal service, the food waste is documented and recycling is paramount to ensure our sustainability is maintained.
