Job Description:
Cygnet Oaks is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to join a 35-bed level 2 rehab unit for men with mental health needs. You will work 42 hours per week across days, nights and weekends in a supportive MDT environment, providing guidance, emotional support and safeguarding within a structured care pathway.
We offer progression via an apprenticeship scheme, flexible overtime, coaching and wellbeing resources. DBS checks are enhanced as part of recruitment.
