Cumberland Council is recruiting Residential Support Workers to join two brand-new children’s homes in Wigton and Burgh by Sands, offering a unique opportunity to shape a caring, therapeutic environment from day one. You will support children and young people who have experienced trauma, provide emotional and practical help, and help them develop life skills, education, leisure and community participation.
