Night Residential Child Care Specialist

Cardiff Capital is recruiting a Night Residential Childcare Practitioner to support children and young people in a safe, therapeutic setting. You will work night shifts (10:30pm–7:30am) with enhanced pay for nights and receive full training to deliver care under supervision.

The role emphasises emotional and physical support, safeguarding, and collaboration with families and professionals to adapt care to individual needs.
